Weight Management Membership
Our physician-directed weight management membership offers a comprehensive, personalized approach to help you achieve and maintain your health goals. Our program includes metabolic and nutritional testing, body composition analysis, and tailored treatment plans designed specifically for you.
Initial consultation ($150)

Initial consultation visit
Blood pressure screening
Body composition testing (InBody) and discussion of results

After the initial consultation, the monthly membership fee is $75/month and includes:
