What to expect:

At your appointment, Dr. Finch will review your past medical history. A physical examination including vital signs will be performed. If needed, an EKG will be performed. If you require labs, you will be given a printed order to take to Labcorp. Once completed and the results are received, you will receive a report that includes a summary of your lab results, and Dr. Finch will complete your required paperwork.

Important: This evaluation does not guarantee that you will be cleared for surgery without any additional workup. If there are abnormalities found on your history, examination, EKG, or lab results that warrant further evaluation or management, this will be noted on your paperwork, and we will do our best to refer you to the appropriate specialists.
